Purpose of the site

Kaboomly is provided for education and entertainment only. It shows rough, idealized estimates based on public literature. It is not a targeting, civil-defense, emergency-planning, or safety tool, and its results must not be relied on for any real-world decision. See the limitations for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site, or anything it produces, to plan, threaten, or promote violence against any person, place, or group;
• present results from the site as official predictions or as the work of any government or other organization;
• interfere with the site, overload it, or access it in automated ways that put an unreasonable load on it or on the map tile service;
• remove or hide the attribution for the map data and other sources.

No warranty

The site and all results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability. The site may change or be unavailable at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Kaboomly are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its results.

Third-party content and licenses

Map data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors through OpenFreeMap, city data from GeoNames, and parts of the effects model from the MIT-licensed glasstone library. These materials remain under their own licenses, listed on the How It Works page. Links to other websites are provided for reference, and we are not responsible for their content.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version. Questions are welcome through the contact page.
